We’re proud to be 100% run by humans. That means awesome people pack your orders, answer your questions, and conduct quality control. But—it also means that we can make mistakes. We do our absolute best to avoid quality issues, but sometimes an item slips through the cracks.

Should such a thing happen, first and foremost, we’d like to apologize. The last thing we want is for you to be disappointed during your unboxing experience. Luckily, we guarantee that we’ll resolve your issue.

We have a simple claims process—simply fill out the form below. Before starting, make sure you have the following items ready:

  • This QC sticker. It’s found in 1 of 3 primary locations.

  1. Received your order in a bubble mailer? Check the closure flap on the back.

  2. Received a combo pack? Check the sliding lid closure.

  3. Received your order in a box? Check the wrapping material

Don’t have one? No worries. Just let us know whether you lost it/threw it away, or if you never received one.

  • The problematic product.

    • You’ll be asked a few brief questions. It is helpful to have the product on hand. Please don’t throw it away until we ask you to.

  • Your ideal resolution method.

    • Please decide whether you’d like a refund or a replacement part.
