Returns with TruScale Models are quick and easy. Return requests fall into two main categories: Error and Remorse. Error returns happen when we make a mistake with your order. Remorse returns happen when you change your mind.

Please see our help page. You will receive up to a 100% refund or replacement.

Remorse:

We’re sorry that you changed your mind. Depending on when you decide to initiate your return, you may receive a full refund, a full refund minus shipping to your door, or a full refund minus shipping both to your door and back to us. You’ll need to contact us for further instructions.
