The way we ship at TruScale Models is a bit…unique. We’ve detailed our policy below, but if you have any questions about your order—please let us know via Instagram DM or email. We don’t bite. That’s a promise 🫡
eBay:
We ship orders daily. For same-day dispatch, make sure your order is placed by 12 (noon) PST. All orders placed at/after 12:01 PM will be shipped the following business day.
We ship most orders with the help of the post office. 75% of orders get shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. It’s not super fast, but it has detailed tracking and an estimated delivery timeline of 2-5 days. Maybe that’s why they call it Snail Mail 🐌 !
Live in a rural area? We might ship via UPS Ground Saver. This service also has a similar delivery timeline to USPS Ground Advantage—but with a UPS MyChoice subscription, you can expedite these shipments for free!
Ordered a Mega Combo Pack? Lucky you! They ship lightning quick, courtesy of our friends at Amazon MCF. You might receive your order in an Amazon box, but you’ll always have a thank-you slip with your associated order number. Our split inventory pool means whichever warehouse is closest to you will ship your order. This typically takes 2-4 days. Some orders may still be routed through USPS Ground Advantage.
Are you a big customer? We offer our best customers complimentary upgrades on most orders. We’ll either ship with USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Days) or UPS 2nd Day Air (1-2 Days).

We ship orders every other day. The earlier in the day your order is placed, the faster you’ll receive it.

We ship globally! Our Canadian friends can expect delivery in 3-7 days. Our Mexican friends can expect delivery in 3-10 days. AvGeeks throughout the rest of the world can expect delivery in 5-20 days. Express lane shipping is available on request.

Influencer partner? Delivery is subject to pre-discussed terms. Domestic: 80% USPS PM, 15% USPS GA, 5% UPS 2DA+. International: 80% UPS Worldwide Expedited, 20% other.
Wholesale partner? We process your order in 2-10 days. Delivery is subject to pre-discussed terms.

The buyer is responsible for being aware of current tax regulations in the destination region. Some services may include some fees, but expect to pay the customs fee and/or an inbound processing fee. Our duty stops once the package is in possession of the courier.

If you’re a repeat customer, shipping upgrades are on us. If you place an order over $100, we’ll upgrade it for free. If you order over $150, we’ll refund you the shipping fee.

We ship from two main Fulfillment Centers. SF1 - 94114, CA and NP1 - 94515. Orders placed from June to August will ship from NP1. Add 2 days to all NP1 shipments.
Rural delivery addresses: add 2 days to all shipments.
Non-contiguous delivery addresses: add 5 days to all shipments.
Commercial address: delivery by 5 pm. Residential address: delivery by 11 pm.

If for whatever reason you no longer want your order, refuse the delivery. Ideally, meet the delivery carrier and state, “I refuse this delivery. Please return it to the sender.” Additionally, you can write “REFUSED” in big bold letters on the package. A Post Office will accept an unopened package if you mention it was refused.
If you don’t refuse the delivery, you’re responsible for the shipping fees both to you and back to our warehouse.
Better yet, if you change your mind, let us know ASAP! Even if you already have been provided a tracking number, we may be able to intercept the package before it leaves our facility.
