We offer completely free* samples to mailing list members.

Simply let us know a few details, and we’ll ship your sample ASAP.

By clicking ‘Submit,’ you will be opted in to our mailing list. If you do not select ‘Sign me up for news and updates,’ your free sample will not be fulfilled.

  • Yes! This sample is completely free - no strings attached. We’ll even cover shipping. However, please note that select sample orders may incur a <$6.99 shipping fee. You will be notified if this fee is needed and may choose to cancel your request. Please note, this only applies in select circumstances when you request certain products that require special handling.

  • You may not be notified when your samples ship, but you can expect them to be delivered within 3-7 Business Days. Make sure to check your mailbox!

    If after 10 Business Days they have still not arrived, email us and we may re-issue your samples.

  • Absolutely! We offer a multi-choice option in the above form so you can select as many products as you’d like from the pre-approved list. There is no fee for larger sample orders.

  • Tl;dr: It depends—generally yes.

    Certain standalone products (such as the ILS Box and Jetbridge) cannot be sampled. Certain other products (such as the Catering Trucks) are too thick to fit in lettermail, meaning they must be shipped in a box which incurs additional costs. If you’d like to sample oversize items, we simply ask you to pay a <$6.99 shipping fee.

*You might think this is the part where we say “gotcha! we need your credit card info!” you’d be wrong. We do, however, want to be upfront and say a few boring rules. Here we go!
